The reflection of my blog is Hitler’s rise of power during the Holocaust and telling about the selection process and how it was widely used. I have 5 different genres. Theses documents include a research paper, short essays, PowerPoint presentations, and my personal favorite I am from poem. These topics all help describe the holocaust, Hitler’s rise of power, selection process and me.
The most important blog post that I have submitted this semester is the I am from poem. When writing this I uses it to express myself in many different ways to show people where im from and about my like what I endure and what I have accomplished in my life. Writing this poem was a struggle at first to try to get started but after I started to write it became much easier to write it after several changes of writing it was great to me, I had the most fun writing this poem to show others how I feel about everything going on in my life.
The second genre that was posted to my blog was the research paper. This research paper was very eye opening to me as well as the I am from poem. The research paper was over Hitler’s rise to power and show how he came to it and some of the methods he used. This was probably my least favorite out of all of my posts, but learning the content will stay with me for years to come.
Writing the Forgiveness essay was very interesting is helped us voice our opinion on if the Jews should forgive the Nazis and why, just listening to everyone’s response showed very many different reasons. This was a very in-depth short essay there’s no way we could even imagine how bad they were treated and how the could even come to forgive them.
The power point presentations that I completed were on the rise of Hitler and how and what they used to kill the Jews. The second tells about the persecution that they endured. The second is probably the best and I learned the most from. Just by looking at the pictures and wondering what was going on in there heads when they arrived there and were split up. Both of these were in depth and showed some of the images that came from the holocaust.
Overall I really enjoyed doing this project it was a very eye opening experience and helped me and im sure everyone else understand the holocaust and what all and who were involved in it and who were targeted. By doing this blog it helped show somthing about me and were im from to what i think about the holocaust and some of the finer details.
